Hannah foster was a 17-year-old british student who was abducted after a night out in southampton in mid-march 2003. Murdered by indian immigrant maninder pal singh kohli, who had come to the uk in 1993, her body was found in nearby west end , two days after she disappeared. The two primary leads, billy campbell as ted bundy and barbara hershey as ann rule are exceptional. Billy campbell terrifying portraying ted bundy as a mood-kaleidoscope-of-broken-glass, charming, sarcastic, self-pitying, cowardly, brutally murderous, completely blank. This in many ways is barbara hershey's movie, though. Her role as ann rule is less flamboyant, but no less nuanced, watching her perspective….
