Hey, i am in search of the lego star wars ghost 75053 and phantom 75048 - used or new is fine by me. I would prefer the mini figures but its not a deal breaker.
In both lego star wars ii: the original trilogy (console) and lego star wars: the complete saga yoda (ghost) is a playable character. He wields a lightsaber and is unseen by any enemies, allowing him to sneak past them without being detected. Appearances in lego® lego star wars ii: the original trilogy.
Lego star wars rebels - the ghost - set 75053 overall the set is good, but i gave it 3 out of 5 stars and will explain why. Build: the build itself was pretty fun. There are a few stickers but i didn't find them particularly difficult to apply or align neatly. There are a few printed pieces as well. The build took me approximately 3 hours to complete.

This is a good little build of the ghost that is actually pretty close in scale to the rebel combat frigate. You can dock them together from the ghost's port or starboard escape pods connected to the frigate's starboard or port docking hatch, respectively. The best part of this set is herra. You see, this is one of the first sets i've built in years, and holding her in my hand, looking at her lekku (head-tails) and seeing how far lego has come over the years, i realized i wanted to come back to lego and collect like mad! so be careful when you hold her, and appreciate her detail you might get bit by the lego bug!.
Preliminary voting indicates people have no idea just how potent the torpedoes on the roci are. Seriously, these are missiles that would obliterate an isd from anything short of high end legends. The ghost will get fucking vaporized from a single missile hit. Of course, the roci herself isn't that tough, and we start within gun range for the ghost as well, so this becomes a game of eggshells armed with sledgehammers, but i really have to go with the roci here. The maneuverability and acceleration capabilities of those missiles mean that the window from the missiles lighting off their drives to detonation is going to be something like 1/20th of a second, and the yield is sufficiently much that the ghost can't possibly survive. Even the lowest end possible interpretations of the expanse missiles are enough to 1-shot the ghost, and they come in at speeds impossible to intercept with the pathetically bad star wars point defenses. Even having the jedi aboard wouldn't help much because a missile from the roci can cross this distance faster than the neural impulses take to travel from a human brain to the arm.

The ghost was piloted by hera syndulla in star wars rebels and featured a 360-degree dorsal laser cannon turret, two forward laser cannons, and two rear laser cannons, as well as sleeping quarters. Easily fully crewed with other figures (the phantom and phantom ii, depending on season), and, the aforementioned ships, both of them, can still dock with the ghost. Well done, lego. This will be a shining jewel in any collection, be it for display, or play.

If you are not familiar with him i recommend reading one of the books, they are quite memorable. I have posted this on another site, and several readers suggested there might interest in it here, currently it stands at 120k words and runs up to the end of the 'phantom menace era'. I am happy with the story as it stands as it is a full story arc, but do hope to continue it once i have planned out the next section. Feedback is encouraged (particularly on writing style issues) as i am looking to improve my writing technique, this is something of an experiment for me.
